Requirements Analysis
In this category we include services related to requirements analysis and documentation. If not done properly, a lack of clear requirements may cause cost overruns, project challenges, and misalignment between organizational units. We offer our support with requirements analysis and documentation for projects at various stages and of different kinds.

Pre-Project Requirement Analysis and Documentation
It is ideal to have a defined set of business requirements and a vision of the project goals before initiating it. Unfortunately, too many projects get initiated without having a clear set of requirements identified. As part of this service, we will work with your teams and consolidate the preliminary expectations and high-level requirements for the upcoming project. The outcome of this work can be used later for scope definition and for formulation of the future Project Charters or Scope of Work documents.

Requirements Review, Prioritization, and Strategic Alignment
(For New and In-Flight Projects)
If you already have some requirements collected but are unsure about their strategic value or need to prioritize them, we can help by facilitating requirements review and alignment sessions using various techniques. In addition, a similar approach can be applied to the requirements of the projects that are already in-flight. The outcome of a series of sessions will be a set of agreed-upon and prioritized high-level business requirements ready to be included into a project or program.
Value Stream Analysis
If you are interested in visualizing how various capabilities (current or future) of your organization may impact the value that your organization provides to your clients, we can facilitate Value Stream Analysis and Capability Mapping workshops. These workshops can help you understand any existing capability gaps that may impact how your organization provides value to your clients and users. The outcome of this analysis may provide additional input and support to the requirements prioritization process.
