This category of services outlines various types of work we can perform to help with your projects that have already started. These elements may include one or several items described below, project management support of the entire project or some aspects of it.

Viability and Health Assessment

We will conduct a comprehensive review of your project in-flight from methodology, process, health, and other points of view. The result of the analysis will be documented and presented to you in the form of a report along with our recommendations, where feasible.

 

Project Remediation (Salvaging)

If you have a project in distress, we will perform a fast but comprehensive assessment focused on defining the issue and what can be done to improve the situation. Depending on the engagement requirements, we can simply provide recommendations, or we can take on a project management role to implement them.

 

Forecasting

We will review the current project parameters and the available data about past performance and will forecast possible outcomes from timeline, cost, and other parameters' perspectives.

 

Scope Review and Business Case Analysis

We will review the original project scope as defined and compare it with the current state of the deliverables. In addition, we will perform a deep dive into the project scope to confirm that it continues to bring value for your organization as defined by the project business case or any project justification documentation, if available.  The result of this analysis might include recommendations about possible adjustment of the scope to maximize the value for your organization.

 

Project Risk Management Assessment

We will analyze the project risk management practices implemented in your project, review the current risks and risk responses, and provide recommendations on the improvement of the overall practices and specific advice about what can be put in place for the current project.

 

Project Methodology and Cadence review

We will analyze the current project cadence, management and governance approaches, and process of key decision-making. A comprehensive analysis report will be put together identifying key findings and recommendations.

 

Project Advocate

We will support you and represent your interests when we work with your third parties, including in discussions on cost, scope, and delivery cadence.

 

Problem Solving

Engage us to review and analyze a specific challenge or issue on a project. We will analyze the situation, conduct interviews, review available documentation, and present a comprehensive analysis and resolution proposal with options, where feasible.

 

Project Management

We will manage the project for you based on the parameters and expectations defined for the engagement. The scope and our involvement at this level can be adjusted depending on your needs, and it can range from providing advice and support to your project managers to taking on the entire project management function, according to your needs and expectations.
