This category of services includes various types of work we can perform to help with your projects that have not yet been started or may be in early phases. These elements may include project management support of pre-project activities, including scope definition, that may take place before the project launch, support of your project after the kick-off, or a combination of both.

Scope Definition

We will help you to formulate the scope of your project and finalize the project definition as part of the Project Charter documentation. This will help you to agree internally on what will have to be achieved and help to focus all the efforts on delivery of what is most important for the success of your organization.

 

Timeline Planning

This includes review of the current estimates and assumptions and converting what is known into preliminary project timelines and work breakdown structures.

 

Resource Planning

This includes assessment of the current resource needs and allocations of your project to determine if the current allocation is sufficient or if additional skills and resources are required.

 

Scope of Work Review

Depending on whether you are the service recipient or the service provider, we can help formulate or review your SOW, RFQ, RFP, or RFI drafts to ensure that the scope is well defined and supports your strategic objectives and best possible outcomes.

 

Risk Management

We will establish the risk registry and a process to constantly monitor project risks. This includes planning and implementation of any risk responses, and other potential mitigation activities.

 

Project Methodology and Scheduling

As part of this service, we will help define the project cadence and management approach, including establishing the project governance and facilitating key decisions prior to the kick-off. This includes definition of key project phases and deliverables, which will be presented in the form of a project schedule.

 

Project Advocate

We will support you and represent your interests when we work with your third parties, including in discussions on cost, scope, and delivery cadence.

 

Problem Solving

Engage us to review and analyze a specific challenge or issue in a project. We will analyze the situation, conduct interviews, review available documentation, and present a comprehensive analysis and resolution proposal with options, where feasible.

 

Project Management

This service will include all project management activities of the pre-project phases and facilitation of the project kick-off. The scope and involvement on this level can be adjusted according to your needs.
