Documentation and Review of the Existing Business Processes
Together with your teams, we will describe and document your current business processes using (Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) format. After the documentation is complete, we will facilitate analysis of the processes and document any preliminary findings.
Gap Analysis and Recommendations
Together with your teams, we will perform a deep dive into the documented business processes, aiming to identify issues, pain points, and any gaps. Then, we will analyze root causes and identify possible conceptual solutions. Internally, we will analyze the collected information and present a consolidated report with recommendations.
Design of the Future State of the Processes
Based on the findings of the gap analysis, together with your teams, we will identify the most desired future state of your processes and document it in BPMN format. This information can be used to identify changes that can be made to transition from the current state to the future state. A set of projects or programs can be initiated to support the implementation of the changes.
